Aston Villa 2 Leeds United 1.  Two easy.  Playing some of their better football counted for nothing.  Too easy to score against and unable to convert chances.

Leeds United 0 Aston Villa 0. A scrappy intense match with kamikaze aggression. Poor discipline led to a backs against the wall performance.

Leeds today simply added to its woes. Bamford returns for this match but it was too late with Leeds united 0 Aston Villa 3.

Bielsa did his pep talk again at half time about upping the energy and getting the ball out of our own half – we simply dominated the second half with Villa reduced to long balls to El Ghazi who hoofed them from a distance to nowhere in particular.
