Business and Commissioning Manager in the public sector skilled in planning and implementation of strategy, and delivering on performance. Expertise across a number of service areas including regeneration, employment and training, project management, and adult and community learning.

I am skilled in translating strategic planning into annual delivery plans, identifying operational targets whilst maintaining the vision and quality of the overall programme. Experienced in setting and controlling budgets,contract management and managing customer service.

I lead teams in customer service and administration, and am skilled in critical analysis and understanding others’ needs; continuously changing to improve performance; and taking a creative approach to complex problem solving.

I am a PRINCE2 practitioner and experienced in applying change to projects, and managing project monitoring systems. I am qualified to level 3 in Purchasing and Supply and manage the operation of the commissioning programme in my service.

Outside work I use my skills in volunteering roles including previously a school governor, building websites and volunteer at Wycombe Squash and Racketball Club with their websites, and now applying my business management skills to operation of Ashnaa Hair and Beauty Ltd.
