A brief visit to Southern Scotland in summer.

The sharp contrast between Edinburgh and Glasgow – two cities that followed vastly different trajectories to reach their places in the world today. Glasgow reminded me of Manchester with its industrial landscape and working class roots. Edinburgh is simply unique in its compactness with views of hills around and Georgian architecture.

A brief visit up to Loch Lomond and Kirkaldy to speak up the stunning views over the Loch and bay respectively.
