Tag Manchester City FC

Manchester City 2 - Leeds United 1 – togetherness.  A spirited defence.  No huge defeat.   No collapse. IT was a defeat but with some positives. 

Leeds United 1 Manchester city 3.  A class apart.  Leeds held Manchester City till almost half time.  Then Peps’ one touch attacking football took control. 

Against a rotated Manchester City, Leeds United still faced formidable opponents but, alas, were not pesky enough. The relegation battle continues.

With five players on yellow cards for Leeds and half the first team injured Leeds were always going to be at a technical disadvantage in this match. We may have matched an underperforming Chelsea on Saturday but City are looking to go top.
